These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the owners and operators of iMeetzu ("iMeetzu," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of https://www.iMeetzu.com and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, using, or interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Eligibility

• Minimum Age Requirement: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must immediately cease use of iMeetzu.
• By accessing or using iMeetzu you also confirm that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract with iMeetzu and its operators. If not, you must immediately cease accessing or using iMeetzu.

Prohibited Activities

By using iMeetzu, you agree that you will NOT:

• Publicize another person's private or personal information without their explicit consent.
• Defame, libel, or make false statements that harm another person's reputation.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights, including but not limited to unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted media, or any other protectable materials under applicable law.
• Use automated programs (e.g., bots) to access, interact with, or manipulate the website's functionality, and you may be held financially liable for any damages caused by such activities.
• Spam or advertise websites, apps, goods, or services, and you may be held financially liable for any resulting damages.
• Act in any illegal way that violates applicable laws.
• Display, share, or transmit nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material of any kind, including but not limited to animated, cartoon, AI-generated, or other digitally produced content (e.g., hentai, deepfakes).
• Engage in, simulate, or imply sexual conduct or activity, including but not limited to masturbation, sexual arousal or self-stimulation, exposing or focusing the camera on intimate body parts (e.g., groin, buttocks, or chest), or any behavior intended to solicit, suggest, or facilitate sexual activity with other users.
• Impersonate a minor, misrepresent your age as being under 18 years old, or otherwise pretend to be underage.
• Act in any way that is deemed inappropriate by iMeetzu at its sole discretion.

No Background Checks

iMeetzu does not verify the identities of its users, or conduct criminal background checks on its users. iMeetzu is not responsible for the conduct of any of its users, both on or off of the website. By accessing or using iMeetzu, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• YOU ALONE are responsible for your interactions with other users.
• iMeetzu does NOT guarantee your safety.
• iMeetzu CANNOT be held responsible for harmful conduct by its users.
• iMeetzu does NOT conduct identity verification checks, criminal background screenings, or any other form of user background research.
• iMeetzu makes NO representations or warranties as to the behavior, authenticity, or intentions of any users.
• It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to exercise sound judgment and take necessary precautions when communicating or meeting with any users.

Assumption of Risk and Release

• You understand and acknowledge that the Platform connects you with random third-party users over whom iMeetzu has no control. You may encounter conduct, content, or behavior that is offensive, inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, or harmful. You further acknowledge that other users may misrepresent their identity, age, intentions, or other personal information.
• By using the Platform, you voluntarily and expressly assume all risks associated with your interactions with other users, whether occurring on or off the Platform.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge iMeetzu, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or relating to your interactions, communications, meetings, or other dealings with other users of the Platform. This release includes, without limitation, claims based on negligence, negligent supervision, failure to warn, or any other theory of liability.

Monitoring, Recording, and Communications; Consent

• You acknowledge that the Platform facilitates live, real-time communications between users and that iMeetzu may, in its sole discretion, monitor, review, record, intercept, analyze, store, and retain any communications or content transmitted through the Platform, including but not limited to text messages, video streams, images, audio transmissions, metadata, and connection information.
• By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly consent to the monitoring, interception, recording, storage, use, and disclosure of your communications and content as described in these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• You understand and agree that you have no reasonable expectation of privacy in any communications or content transmitted through the Platform. If you do not consent to such monitoring and recording, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
• You represent and warrant that you have obtained all legally required permissions and consents from any person physically present with you or whose image, voice, or likeness is captured or transmitted through your use of the Platform.
• iMeetzu may use monitored or recorded content for purposes including, but not limited to, enforcing these Terms, detecting and preventing prohibited conduct, investigating suspected illegal activity, protecting users, and complying with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities.

User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on iMeetzu but grant iMeetzu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content to operate and improve the website.
• iMeetzu is not responsible for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Termination

• iMeetzu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website, with or without notice, for violating these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by iMeetzu.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iMeetzu, its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms or your use of the website.

Limitation of Liability

• Furthemore, you agree that TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iMeetzu, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE, RESULTING FROM AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OR ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• You also agree that this website is provided "as is," with all faults, and iMeetzu makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this website or the materials and services contained on this website. Additionally, nothing contained on this website shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.
• iMeetzu does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or its services and disclaims any responsibility for errors or interruptions.

No Class Actions

• All claims and disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website must be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against iMeetzu.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed exclusively in Marion County, Oregon, or the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
• However, we reserve the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you in any relevant jurisdiction of our choosing.
• You waive all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by the aforementioned courts and to venue in those courts.

Severability

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
